Mannaland
From pond to market.

We raise tilapia and catfish from fingerling to harvest, carefully managing every stage of the production cycle. We supply fresh and traditionally smoked fish, while helping farmers build, manage, and grow productive fish farms of their own. From stocking and feeding to water quality, harvesting, and marketing, we understand the business of fish farming from end to end.

(d) — How we work

From fingerling to fire, four careful steps

  1. 01

    Hatchery & fingerlings

Healthy tilapia and catfish fingerlings are selected and stocked at the right density for each pond.

  2. 02

    Feeding & water care

Daily feeding schedules and constant water-quality checks keep the fish growing strong and clean-tasting.

  3. 03

    Dawn harvest

We net at first light, weigh the catch on-site, and ice it within the hour for peak freshness.

  4. 04

    Smoke & deliver

Part of the catch goes to our wood-fired kilns. Fresh and smoked fish head out across Accra and the regions.

Trusted by cooks, traders & new farmers

The smoked tilapia is the best I've bought in Accra. Consistent, never soggy — my customers ask for it by name.

Adwoa Boateng
Grocery owner, Osu

I joined the training with zero experience. Three months later I'm harvesting my own catfish at Kasoa.

Yaw Asante
Trainee, now at Kasoa

They supply our restaurant three times a week, on time, at fair prices. A partner we can build a menu on.
